• Only students from supported universities may use Booka.

2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information.
• Users are responsible for keeping login details secure.

3. Payments & Deliveries

• All transactions are processed via Paystack.
• Booka is not responsible for delays caused by delivery agents or third-party issues.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled according to Booka policy.

4. Prohibited Activities

Fraudulent orders, misuse of the app, creating fake accounts, or interfering with services are prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Booka is not liable for indirect damages, lost books, or delivery delays.

6. Changes to Terms

• Booka may update these terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes.

7. Governing Law

Nigerian law governs these terms.
